1971 : The company : « Société d’Exploitation des Lubrifiants Daganaux » (S.E.L.D) is created at Lyon by Mr. DAGANAUX.
1982 : The trademark « GDA » is registered with the original GDA logo.
1986 : M. Henry GAYET (Diesel Engine engineer) take over SELD with his two sons.
1991 : A complete product line of oil end fuel additives for the automotive maintenance is developed for the ECOTEC Brand
1997 : Thierry GAYET Chemical engineer join SELD as Full time product engineer.
1998 : Development of the TC Clim spray the first anti-bacteria treatment sprays for automotive air-co systems.
2001 : M GAYET retire and is replaced by Thierry Gayet as company manager
2005 : Certification ISO 9001 certification (Y2000 version)
2006 : The new trademark “MECATECH Performances” is created all the SELD product will be therefore distributed under the brand.
2007 : Development for Diesel Engines fleet of the “MECATECH Total Fuel Quality Program”
